CGA Student Email Study Groups

You can subscribe to any group on the SmartGroups system by visiting the home page of the Group.   If access is restricted to members, click the “Join” button.   Then fill out the registration form.

You can also subscribe to a Group by sending a blank email to:   groupname-subscribe@smartgroups.com where “groupname” is the exact name of the Group you want to join  i.e.  cga-???-studygroup-subscribe@smartgroups.com replacing the ??? with the course code.

Be careful not to attempt to join by mailing to the Group’s regular email address, your request will not be fulfilled.

There are two ways to subscribe to a group: via e-mail or via the web on the group's home page.

To subscribe via e-mail:

   Send an e-mail to: groupname-subscribe@smartgroups.com where "groupname" is the name of the group to which you wish to subscribe.

To subscribe via the group's home page:

  1. Go to the group home page

  2. Click on the "Join" button, and then follow the instructions to complete subscription. You can choose to receive messages via e-mail (in individual or daily digest format) or only by accessing them via the web on the group's home page.

Use the Site Search Engine or the hunt line below to search for keywords or topics or the Site Help/Info Section to find the answers to the most frequently asked questions about the CGA Email Study Groups, this web site, or the moderator.
